Warning: Jumperoo's may cause drowsiness

Abbey's Exercise Video

How this girl gains weight is beyond me...she is moving so fast it looks like I am fast forwarding it, however, I'm not - she's just that quick!! Daddy says she'll be fast as the wind when she gets older!

Ultrasound Fun

This is Abbey (Twin A) - sort of a freaky looking skull photo

Below is Aida (Twin B) She was a bit of a chunkier baby

A really cool two headed shot. Abbey is the one looking up and closer to the top of the photo. You can see her ear.

These pictures are not in order but the picture below is the first time we ever saw them. It was a pretty cool moment.

Below is Abbey

And Abbey again, but the photo is sort of upside down. You can see her spine and her leg.

Looking right down on the two heads. They really look like skulls...weird

Sleeping Angels

Seriously, so angelic when sleeping but as soon as those eyelids open...oh boy!! I can watch them sleep forever - they are so adorable!!

Their Backyard Friends

My oh my how they love the Backyardigans. The singing, the vivid colours...they giggle and talk and move. Plus, Chris and I get a kick out of it too - so much so that we know the words and sing the songs, even amoung adults. I had to get it on video (someday we will look back on these and laugh at our little angels)

Sometimes I Cheat

But they are always supervised. It's nice having my hands free and gives them a sense of independence. But it helps so I can blow dry my hair, put on make up or make bottles. Plus they seem to drink it much better.

Oh when those hands start working!!

They need to grab everything now. SO independent! It's funny to watch whatever they can get their hands on go right into their mouths! In this case we were lucky that was something that is supposed to go in there. Messy but entertaining - nothing a bath can't clean!

Stuffed Buddies and Vocal Cords

The girls just love their stuffed beanie babies given to them when they were in the hospital. Each has a preference (Abbey loves the pink elephant and Aida has a bond with the purple hippo). Their cousins Melanie and Sara bought them. Both girls will talk and talk to their stuffed guy and we will hear noises we've never heard before as they squeal in delight. It is so funny.

First Spoon Feeding

We tried giving the girls some rice cereal on the advice of the doctor. Chris and I were excited to try it. They are getting so big. As a result of the cereal they had a 10 hour sleep - straight through the night. So, I slept a long time too. Win - win situation.
